Software License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of CloudWizard IMAP Bounce Manager and any bundled utility scripts (collectively, the "Software"), provided by CloudWizard ("Licensor", "we", "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you ("Licensee", "you") agree to the terms below.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Install and run the Software on any number of servers you own, operate, or manage on behalf of clients
Modify the source code for your own use or for client projects
Use the Software for commercial purposes, including processing bounce data for paying clients

One purchase, unlimited servers. There is no per-domain, per-seat, or per-server fee. A single license covers all your own infrastructure and client work.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software itself as a standalone product or competing script
Repackage and resell the Software (or a modified version of it) under your own brand as a downloadable product
Remove or obscure copyright notices in the source code
Claim authorship of the original Software

You may use the Software internally to run a bounce-management service for clients (e.g. as part of an agency offering), as long as you are not redistributing the source code itself as a product.

3. Ownership

The Software remains the intellectual property of CloudWizard. This Agreement grants a license to use the Software; it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

4. Updates & Support

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for testing the Software in your environment before relying on it for production use, including verifying its behavior with your specific mail server configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CloudWizard be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to: data loss, deleted emails, lost revenue from email campaigns, or damages resulting from misconfiguration. Your maximum recoverable damages under this Agreement are limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

The Software deletes matched bounce emails from your IMAP server as part of normal operation. You are responsible for reviewing the bounce patterns and testing on a non-critical mailbox before relying on the tool for production accounts.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the Software does not work as described due to a defect on our end. Refunds are not provided for: incompatibility with non-standard or heavily modified hosting environments, change of mind after successful installation, or issues arising from third-party server misconfiguration unrelated to the Software itself. 8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete all copies of the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which CloudWizard is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered purchasers where reasonably possible.
