Every module works on its own. Together they share one subscriber identity, one suppression list and one consent record, so an unsubscribe or a bounce is respected everywhere. As modules are added, CloudWizard extends the shared database and the connections between them automatically.

Requirements
- A web server with PHP 8.1 or higher and MariaDB 10.3+ or MySQL 5.7+
- Cron jobs for Mail Engine, Flow Engine and Bounce Manager
- An SMTP account to send through, and an IMAP mailbox for Bounce Manager
- For AI Writer, an API key from your own AI provider (usage is billed by that provider)
What you handle yourself: backups, updates on your own server, and your sending reputation. CloudWizard takes care of bounce classification, suppression, throttling and warm-up limits, and consent logging, but it cannot make a poorly warmed or misconfigured sending domain deliver.

The latest generation of decades of direct marketing and email infrastructure
CloudWizard comes from a long line of working systems. From the late 1980s the author ran a direct-mail operation that sent tens of thousands of physical mailings every week, managed in a FileMaker database of roughly 200,000 customer addresses and more than 100,000 invoices. Recency, frequency and monetary value (RFM) decided who got which mailing, so every krona of postage had to earn its place.
Email joined the operation in 1995, and later self-hosted infrastructure sent tens of millions of emails. CloudWizard is that experience, rebuilt as modules you can run on your own server: consent, bounces and suppression handled as carefully as the postage once was.
